Professional Consulting
I am an expert leading aviation maintenance departments for large private fleets. I provided leadership and curated a culture to lead an IS-BAO Stage III operation as a Dr. Tony Kern Award winner for “Professionalism in Aviation Award.”
My team knows me to be a culture creator and culture carrier, enabling them to succeed in their roles with the right levels of direction and autonomy. My customers know me to deliver repeatable experiences based on superior industry knowledge and experience in the aircraft charter industry. Overall, I have built a reputation as the go-to expert for technical solutions related to managing large programs for aircraft maintenance, repair, upgrades, and purchases.
Most recently, I worked with Jet Edge to build a sustainable, scalable maintenance program, then advanced my leadership to guiding their full technical services program. To ensure the success of this eight-figure program, I connected customers, vendors, and our well-trained teams via strategies that assured our credibility in the marketplace. Adhering to FAA regulations and FAR 91, 135, and 145 requirements was key, and so was creating repeatable experiences for our customers — and my maintenance team. This structured, regulatory-compliant approach became synonymous with the Jet Edge brand, and I have been proud to be a primary driver of our market positioning.
Prior to this executive leadership role, I was with Elite Aviation, in which I was charged to build an FAA 145-approved Certified Repair Station. Starting with our original resources, I reframed and upgraded our manuals and our strategy, enabling us to add multiple six figures of new revenue every year via services that aligned with our corporate goals and our customers’ expectations for superior aircraft maintenance services.
My earliest experiences were the foundation of my current executive leadership. Building Gulfstream aircraft maintenance teams as well as expanding my earliest experiences in avionics repair with the United States Army into the private sector gave me the technical, hands-on experiences on which I have founded my entire career. Confident on the shop floor and in the corner office, trusted by all levels of line personnel and executive leadership, and often the glue that connects internal teams, vendors, and customers, I bring a unique technical and strategic leadership to every engagement.
